Studio Privacy Policy

Information the Studio uses

• Account and workspace information, including email, name, sign-in records, workspace membership and invitations.
• Brand and product details you provide or ask us to import, including website URLs, product descriptions and photographs.
• Prompts, reference images and videos, avatars, generated media, voices, creation settings and job history. Uploaded media may contain identifiable people or other personal information.
• Subscription status, credit balances, usage and payment records. Payment providers collect payment details; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser and device data, request logs, session cookies and activity needed for security, troubleshooting and advertising attribution.

Why we process it and who helps us

We use this information to sign you in, operate shared workspaces, generate and store content, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent misuse, provide support and understand marketing results. Information relevant to a requested generation is sent to the providers that perform it.

• OpenAI supports planning and content checks. Ideogram, Higgsfield and Sunra provide image or video generation, depending on the feature and routing. ElevenLabs supports voice features. Their processing may involve underlying model providers.
• Netlify hosts the application; MongoDB stores application and account records; Cloudflare R2 stores media; Resend delivers sign-in and service emails.
• Whop processes Studio subscriptions and top-ups. Stripe may continue to process existing subscriptions created through Stripe. These providers also handle billing portals and payment records under their own policies.

Providers may process data outside your country. Their own terms and privacy policies also describe their handling of information. We do not promise that all providers have identical retention or model training practices. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in prompts or media.

Media and workspace visibility

Authorized members of your workspace can access content shared in that workspace. Access to stored uploads and creations requires a signed-in workspace session. Playback and downloads use temporary signed links; anyone you share a temporary link with can use it until it expires. Generation providers receive temporary access to the references needed to create your requested result. Product images hosted by other websites remain subject to those websites’ access settings.

Cookies and payment tracking

Session cookies support sign-in and account security. On the live Studio, Meta and Whop tracking can record page activity, device and browser information and advertising identifiers to connect visits with checkout and payment activity. Whop handles purchase conversion reporting for its checkout. Payment tracking does not give Meta your full payment-card details.

You can manage cookies and advertising preferences through your browser and the relevant platform’s settings. Blocking optional tracking may limit attribution; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. See the main website Privacy Policy for additional advertising information.

Retention, requests and safety

We retain information as needed to operate your account, provide your library and billing history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. There is no single retention period for every kind of record. Provider copies and backups may follow their own retention processes.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information or account. We may verify your identity and retain records where required or permitted for legal, billing or security reasons. Deleting your account is separate from canceling a subscription; manage billing before requesting deletion or ask us for help with both. Studio accounts are for adults aged 18 or older.
