Studio Terms of Service

AI creators and advertising

Studio can create fictional people and synthetic images, voices and videos. A generated person is not an actual customer, employee or spokesperson unless you have separately established and authorized that relationship. Generated speech is not evidence that a person used, purchased or experienced a product.

Review every output before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims and for advertising, endorsement and AI-content disclosures required by law or the platform where you publish. Do not present fabricated experiences as real customer reviews, invent endorsements, or use someone’s likeness or voice to imply approval without permission. Health, performance and other factual claims need appropriate substantiation.

Your uploads and Motion Remix references

You must own or have the necessary permission to upload and use every input, including product photographs, logos, footage, music, audio, scripts, faces and voices. Your permission must cover processing by our service providers, AI transformation and your intended use of the result, including commercial advertising where applicable. Obtain necessary consent from identifiable people whose likeness or voice you use.

This also applies to videos uploaded to Motion Remix. Finding a video online, saving it as inspiration, or providing its URL does not give you permission to copy it or create commercial derivatives. Use references you own or are licensed to use, and check rights in their footage, performers, music and other protected elements. A general style reference is not a license to reproduce another creator’s work.

You retain the rights you have in your inputs. You grant Memetic Gardens and its service providers permission to store, process, transform and display them as needed to provide the features you request and share them with your workspace. Do not upload unlawful, non-consensual, confidential or sensitive personal material.

Using generated content

We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. You may use outputs commercially to the extent permitted by your rights, the applicable generation provider’s terms and the law. AI outputs may resemble other content, may not qualify for copyright protection, and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. Check product details, branding, anatomy, speech and claims before use.

Subscriptions and credits

The plan, price, currency and renewal interval shown at checkout govern your purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage your subscription and payment details through Account & billing. One-time credit top-ups are available to eligible active subscribers and do not replace or cancel a subscription.

Credits are service units, not currency or a cash account. The generation cost is shown before you submit. Weekly creation counts are estimates; length, quality, format and other settings affect usage. A failed workflow can include completed, chargeable stages; contact us if a charge or credit deduction appears incorrect. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Your account and responsible use

Keep your sign-in access secure and only invite authorized workspace members. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, infringe rights, bypass provider restrictions or create unlawful or abusive content. We may restrict access to investigate or stop misuse. Generation depends on third-party services and may be delayed, rejected or unavailable; a particular creative result is not guaranteed.

Privacy and changes

Our Studio Privacy Policy explains account information, uploaded media, AI processing and payment tracking. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
