Canceling a subscription

Use Account & billing in Studio to open your payment provider’s subscription controls. Check the effective date and confirmation shown there. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already made. Contact us if you cannot access the cancellation controls.

Requesting a refund

Contact us if you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or could not access a service you purchased. Include the account email, receipt or payment ID, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers. We review requests individually, including the purchase terms, usage, technical issue and applicable consumer rights. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

If a refund is approved, it is handled through the payment provider; posting time depends on that provider and your bank. Related unused credits or service access may be adjusted to reflect the refund. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or a payment provider’s applicable dispute process.

Credit top-ups and generation issues

Top-ups are one-time credit purchases for eligible subscribers. Canceling your plan does not automatically reverse a top-up purchase. Credits are for Studio use and are not redeemable for cash except where a refund is approved or required by law.

AI results can vary. If a generation fails or a credit deduction appears wrong, send us the creation or job ID so we can investigate. A workflow may complete some paid stages before a later stage fails; a failed final video does not necessarily mean every earlier stage was unused. We will review the actual job and charges rather than ask you to pay again without checking the issue.
